Newest release gives you a possibility to copy-and-paste workout to another day.
How can you do it?
Go into Workouts tab. Click on the 3 dots of the Workout you want to copy. Click copy.
Choose day that you want to paste workout to.
Make and save changes (if needed).
And that's it! Your workout if saved :)
